Tomato Paneer Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
- Paneer
- Tomato
- Coriander leaves {cumin(jira) dust, Dhone dust Pachforon dust, Suklo lanka} make a mixture (vaja masla)
- Chilli,
- Garlic
PROCEDURE:
grind 2pc garlic, 2 tomato, 3/4 chillies For 100 gm paneer, mix a pinch of salt with paneer and fry a little, Then put tomato mixture in the fried paneer and add 1 cup water, After it boiled a bit add vaja masla and coriander leaves in it.Recipe Contributed by, Dona Bhowmik
